I firmly believe that education is one of the most rewarding careers around. It’s not just about watching your students grow. It’s taking an active part in their development and teaching them to take responsibility for their own education. When you see a student make progress, you know that you have made a permanent impact on their lives. They will take the skills and lessons that you taught them into the world, and use them for the rest of their lives. We help our students shape their own futures, and that is something truly amazing.

Education is something I am very passionate about, and giving my students the best education I can give them is important. My time with EF so far has helped me grow enormously to become a better educator and more rounded individual. The opportunities to work with such interesting, creative and skilled people has challenged me to push myself and my practices further than I could have previously thought. There are new challenges every day in and outside of the classroom as a teacher, that’s why I love this job.

Every day we work to provide an environment where all employees feel valued and included, able to nurture our talent as individuals and as part of a warm, hardworking, and passionate team.

A diverse and inclusive school let us keep in mind of people orientation, honesty, and respect. It brings together people from different countries and background to be able to apply and develop our skills and knowledge as part of a collaborative team that is helping to spread English education and play a part in building a better future for our students.

Food for thought: "The essence of education is awakening. Education means a tree shakes another tree. A cloud chases another cloud. A soul awakens another soul." – Karl Jaspers
