I took this quote (“students don’t learn from you if they don’t like you”) from a Ted Talk video and it has really impacted my teaching and training. Building relationships with your students and colleagues give you a better understanding of their needs and how you can help them.

    As the years go by, people achieve great things. At EF we try to give everyone the opportunity to improve their English, we also focus to develop and equip them with skills, to one day, achieve their goals.
    As an educator, I am excited to see how my students strive for something they care about. Seeing that the knowledge they have gained and how people grow gets carried over to people they convey with.
